Total Solar Eclipse Celebration

For the first time since 2017, a total solar eclipse will take place on Monday, April 8! Join us for a pre-total solar eclipse celebration on Saturday, April 6, with fun activities in the Kirby Science Discovery Center and Visuals Arts Center and a captivating film showing in the Wells Fargo CineDome & Sweetman Planetarium!

This exciting celebration includes:

• Showings of our NEW immersive film, "Totality," at noon and 4 p.m. This film explores why a total solar eclipse has such a profound influence on those who witness this rare occurrence.
• Build your own solar eclipse viewer activity
• Additional solar eclipse activities in Raven Children's Studio
• Quick, fresh and tasty meals available for purchase in The WP
• Gourmet ice cream, fresh popcorn, candy and cold beverages available for purchase at Parlour!
