Thanks to a donation, an ice ribbon will be coming to downtown Sioux Falls as part of the Jacobson Plaza. This outdoor ice skating rink will use refrigerated ice to extend the usability of it during the winter season. The Jacobson Plaza is expected to be completed late 2024.
